After Hours Response Text Message Templates

Chatavise software intercepts customers and leads who message outside of business hours to let them know that there may not be immediate service available. You can use these templates to manually send to customers who message after hours, or when a response may take additional time:

 

After Hours Response Text Message Template with Main Line 1:

Hello #firstName, thank you for contacting #locationName. You have reached your local office after hours. Please contact us at #mainLine for immediate assistance.

After Hours Response Text Message Template with Main Line 2:

Hello #firstName, our #locationName office is currently closed. If you need further assistance, please call our main line: #mainLine

After Hours Response Text Message Template with Delayed Reply:

#greeting #firstName, you have reached #locationName after hours. Please call #mainLine for immediate assistance, or we will follow up with you as soon as we are back in the office. Thank you for your patience.
