We get this question all the time, and we’re so glad you asked! Chatavise automatically detects whether it is contacting a mobile or landline number. If you try to send a text to a landline, it will call the number instead and use a pre-recorded voice to deliver your message. It will even give the customer an option to be redirected to your main line if they have questions! We’ll make sure none of your customers fall through the cracks.

Chatavise works best if it is used to its full extent. We find that all of our customer touch points curate the perfect experience to culminate in a 5 star review for your company- the more connected the customer feels, the more likely they are to engage after the job! However, Chatavise is a fully customizable platform and if there are any features you would like to omit from your usage, just let us know and we will adjust those areas of your “customer journey” accordingly. We do not offer features a la carte and there is no decrease in price for not using certain features.
